Assistant Professor Dr. Faraz Khan is an experienced Consultant Hematologist and Medical Oncologist, specializing in the treatment of cancer and blood disorders for more than 15 years. He received his training in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology at the University of Connecticut, CT, USA, and holds triple board certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology. Previously, he served as a consultant Hematologist/Medical Oncologist at the PEI Cancer Treatment Center in PE, Canada, where he also directed the provincial hemophilia and bleeding disorder clinic.
