Assistant Professor Dr. Dalia Belsha serves as the Head of the Pediatric Department and is an experienced Pediatric Gastroenterologist, having devoted 14 years to the UK's National Health Service (NHS). Her training commenced in general pediatrics, subsequently narrowing to pediatric gastroenterology, with particular attention to liver diseases in children and their nutritional needs. Dr. Belsha has conducted numerous upper GI endoscopies and colonoscopies, treating infants as young as one month to young adults up to 21 years old. Her consultancy tenure includes positions at the esteemed International Pediatric Gastroenterology Centre at Sheffield's Children Hospital in the UK and the expansive Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, the premier pediatric hospital in Europe. In Manchester, she not only led the pediatric endoscopy unit but also earned recognition as a pediatric endoscopy educator.
